Can I return or exchange items that I purchased on

All items purchased online from are final and can be exchanged only for a different size within 5 business days. Once the customers exchange is received the customer will be contacted via email.(please note all exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer)

What does as seen on social media mean?

We will give our customers the opportunity to pre-order exclusive items that will only be featured on our social media outlets for a limited time. The customer will be charged for their as seen on social media pre-sale once the order is placed. The customer will receive their merchandise based on the pre-sale date provided.

I am an international customer, why was I charged additional fees once I received my merchandise? is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply once your package arrives in your country. We do not collect taxes and duties and will not be able to provide an estimation of what they will be. Contact your country’s local custom office for the policies and procedures.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped the customer will receive an email confirmation with their tracking number, please allow 24 hours before checking the arrival status of your package.

I need to change or cancel my order, how do I do that?

If you need to change or cancel an order please email immediately, as all purchases on are final and can be exchanged only. Please be sure that you really want to purchase the merchandise on our site before checking out.

Will I be charged sales tax for items that I purchase?

Sales tax will only be charged to items being shipped to a New York state address.

An item that I want is sold out; will it ever become available again?

It is possible that the most popular sold out items will make a comeback and be featured on the site again. This depends on the demand from the customers and their requests. If the sold out item will return all customers that inquired about the product will be contacted first for pre-sale of the sold out item.

How do I determine my size?

Please use the sizing chart to determine what size you should order, most of our garments are meant to be fitted to the body due to the elastane in the fabrication. If you have additional questions regarding sizing please email for further assistance.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged please contact customer service at immediately, our goal is to always ensure customer satisfaction.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders will take 5 – 7 business days to arrive from the date of the original order, this does not include Saturday or Sunday. (please note if you place an order on Friday do not count the weekend)
